Welcome to Munchkins All Day Care which is based within Ysgol Llanbedr. We aim to provide a happy, safe, child-centred, caring environment that is stimulating and challenging for children.

 

We are a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) registered under CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) to care for 19 children at any one time.

 

We are open 5 days a week from 8.00am until 5.15pm for 49 weeks a year excluding bank holidays. (We close for two weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks over the summer holidays a months notice of dates will be given in advance.)

 

We have a strong team of qualified and dedicated members of staff who plan, resource, interact, observe and assess your child’s play to ensure their time spent at Munchkins is sociable, educational and lots of fun.

OPENING HOURS

 

We are open Monday to Friday, for 49 weeks a year except Bank Holidays and two weeks at Christmas and two weeks in the summer holidays.

 

Full day Care

8.00am – 5.15pm

Breakfast Club (term time)

8.00am – 8.30am

After school Club (term time)

3.15pm – 5.15pm

Holiday Club (school holidays)

8.00am – 5.15pm

FEES

Fees are charged per child per session.

 

Fees are invoiced weekly and are due for payment immediately via the ParentPay system. You will be charged for each session that you have booked and attended. One month’s written notice is required to cancel your child’s nursery place or reduce sessions. If insufficient notice is given, you may be liable to pay fees in lieu of notice.

 

We accept Employer childcare vouchers and working parents may be entitled to help with childcare costs through HMRC Tax credits and/or Denbighshire County Council Childcare Offer – please contact Denbighshire Family Information Service for details.
